I laughed so hard when I watched this. Today I began a 10 day sugar fast. After the uncontrollable laughter, I realized that my desire for sugar can get way out of control as can desires I have for things that could hurt me more than sugar.
I then remembered that the Lord would love to give me "the desires of my heart." Of course this will occur when they line up with the first part of that verse in Psalm 37....."Delight yourself in the Lord..."
There is a well known phrase, "if you repeatedly ask God for something that is not good for you, be careful, he may just let you have it." Romans 1:28, in a much more serious venue than sugar, refers to this well known phrase.
Seriously, we are to delight in our Lord and when we do, the desires of our hearts match up with what He wants for us.
